Will Tito copy another artist’s design?
References help communicate direction, but the final piece is designed as original work.
Can cover-ups be discussed?
Yes. Existing ink needs to be reviewed before the possibilities are planned.

The idea, placement, approximate size and a few reference images are a strong start.
