Tito Santiago.
Tito Santiago has been tattooing for 18 years, spending the last 4 at his current location. Raised in Utica and of Puerto Rican heritage, he’s a versatile artist comfortable in every style of tattooing, with a particular strength in both color work and black and grey. A true artist at heart, he spends his free time painting and taking on commissions.
Completely self-taught, Tito turned the creativity he once pursued on the side into his main life goal and career path.
His work has earned him multiple 1st place awards — including at the 2023 Northeast Tattoo and Bike Expo, Tattoo of the Day (Color) at Booze & Tacos, and Best Anime at The Invasion.
What sets Tito apart is his range: cover-ups, custom in-house designs, and freehand work. He takes the time to figure out what fits you best — your skin, your style, your vision.
Off the chair, Tito is a husband and father of two. He’s a natural leader who brings passion into everything he does.

Will Tito copy another artist’s design?
References help communicate direction, but the final piece is designed as original work.
Can cover-ups be discussed?
Yes. Existing ink needs to be reviewed before the possibilities are planned.

Know before you sit.
18+ onlyClients must be 18 years or older with valid photo ID. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied service.
MedicationsTell your artist about any medication that may affect how your tattoo heals, such as blood thinners or antibiotics.
Medical conditionsTell your artist about any condition you may have, such as diabetes, epilepsy or a heart condition.
RisksYou will be informed of the risks of getting a tattoo. By proceeding, you freely accept and assume any and all risk that may come with being tattooed.
Proof of age & consentYou must be of legal age, provide proof of age, and be competent to sign the agreement. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being denied.
